Weather Policy:

We will not cancel due to weather. While we do try to shoot during the best conditions, and will strive to make adjustments if necessary, we do not know the circumstances behind each shoot. It may be the only day the owners can accommodate, or the sellers may be rushed, or there may be construction scheduled. We recommend that you keep an eye on the weather. If blue skies are important to you, please reach out to reschedule as soon as possible. Waiting until the same day to reschedule could result in a week or more wait time.

If it is actively raining, or excessively windy, drone and exterior photography may have to be rescheduled to protect our equiptment.

What You Are Buying:

You are buying a license to use the photos and videos for your listing and your promotional needs. The photographer always retains the rights to the photos and videos. If you intend to distribute these photos or videos to a third party for any reason, please let us know so that we can amend your license. Help us avoid any awkward situations by avoiding the following: Do not offer free photos to new buyers for use in renting their listing. Do not offer free photos to contractors, stagers, interior designers, architects etc. who worked on the house. If you would like to do so, please let us know before hand, or they are welcome to purchase a license for their use case.
